Measure what your team actually feels.

Pulse, engagement, and exit surveys with bullet-proof anonymity, six question types, and a Results dashboard your CHRO will actually open. Built for Filipino HR teams who want to listen, not guess.

Surveys that ship in under five minutes.

Most engagement tools are too clinical for Filipino teams or too casual to act on. WORKSPHR sits in the middle: configurable enough for a CHRO, simple enough for a 30-person startup.

Spin up a General, Pulse, Engagement, or Exit survey from a single form. Each type carries its own defaults: pulse is short and recurring, engagement is annual and deeper, exit triggers on separation. Mix six question formats inside.

  • General · ad-hoc topical surveys
  • Pulse · short, recurring temperature checks
  • Engagement · annual sentiment baseline
  • Exit · auto-triggered on resignation
  • 6 question types: Open Text, Single, Multiple, Rating, Yes/No, Scale
  • Drag to reorder · mark required · inline edit

From draft to dashboard in three steps.

Step 1
1

Build the survey

Pick a type, add questions (drag to reorder), toggle anonymous, set start & end dates, choose audience. Save as Draft until you're ready.

Step 2
2

Publish & collect

Click Publish — employees get a push notification. They take the survey on mobile or desktop in under three minutes. Auto-reminder 48 hours before close.

Step 3
3

Read the Results tab

Bar charts per question, response rate gauge, open-text answers in a scrollable list. Export to CSV/Excel for your CHRO board pack. Closed surveys stay readable forever.

Anonymity that's actually anonymous. When the toggle is on, the respondent identifier is stripped server-side at submission, not just hidden in the UI. Locked after publish, audit-logged, DPA-aligned.

  • Are anonymous surveys really anonymous?
Yes. When the Anonymous Responses toggle is enabled, the respondent identifier is stripped at submission. HR sees only aggregated answers in the Results tab — no name, no email, no employee ID. The setting is locked once the survey is published so it cannot be retroactively de-anonymized.
  • How do I improve survey response rates?
Three things move the needle: (1) keep pulse surveys under 5 questions, (2) tell employees the deadline upfront and send a 48-hour reminder via the mobile app, (3) publish the action items you took from the last round before launching the next one. Teams that close the loop see 65–80% response rates.
  • Can I run an exit survey when an employee resigns?
Yes. Create a survey with type Exitand target it to the resigning employee group. WORKSPHR auto-triggers the invitation when separation status is set in the 201 file, so HR doesn't have to chase. Results feed into the Attrition analytics so you can see resignation reasons month-over-month.
  • What question types are supported?
Six: Open Text, Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Rating (1–10), Yes/No, and Scale (1–10). You can mark any question as required, drag to reorder, and edit options inline. Mix-and-match within a single survey — most engagement surveys use rating + open text combos.
  • Can I target specific departments only?
Yes. Toggle off Target All Employees and pick specific departments, employment types, locations, or custom employee groups. Useful for branch-level pulses, BPO night-shift feedback, or new-hire 30/60/90-day check-ins.
  • Where do survey results appear?
In the Results tabyou'll see bar charts per question, response percentages and counts per option, total respondent count, and completion rate. Closed surveys remain readable forever — useful when comparing year-over-year engagement scores.
