  • How fresh is the analytics data?
    All charts read from the live operational tables— headcount, attendance, payroll, leave, attrition, recruitment. There's no overnight ETL: the dashboard reflects the database as of the moment you opened it. Cache TTL is 60 seconds for very large orgs (1,000+ employees) so the page stays snappy.
  • How is this different from Compliance Reports?
    Compliance Reports is the BIR / SSS / PhilHealth / Pag-IBIG / DOLE filing engine — Alphalist XLSX, R-5 PDF, 1604-C, etc. HR Analytics is the executive dashboard layer above the same data: trend lines, funnels, donut charts, time-to-hire, attrition reasons. Same source-of-truth, two very different audiences.
  • Who can see which charts? Can I scope by role?
    Yes. CHROs and HR admins see the full org. Department managers see only their department's rows — headcount, attendance, leave, attrition for their team only. Payroll cost analytics are visible only to roles with the payroll-read permission. Configure once in Access Control.
  • Can I export to PowerBI or Excel?
    Yes. Every chart has CSV and Excel (.xlsx) export. For PowerBI specifically, point a connector at the WORKSPHR Analytics API endpoints (/analytics/headcount, /analytics/attrition, etc.) — same JSON the dashboard consumes, refreshable on your PowerBI schedule.
  • Does attrition include resignations only or all separations?
    All separations — voluntary (resignation), involuntary (termination, redundancy), end-of-contract, and retirement. The Attrition chart breaks down by reason so you can see, for example, that 60% of separations last quarter were end-of-contract project-based — very different management response than 60% resignations.
  • What does the Recruitment funnel show?
    Stage-by-stage conversion: Applied → Screened → Interviewed → Offered → Hired. You see the absolute count and the conversion percentage at each stage, plus average time-to-hire in days and the offer-acceptance rate. Helps you identify whether you're losing candidates at sourcing, screening, or offer.
