  • Which biometric devices does WORKSPHR support?
    ZKTeco, FingerTec, Suprema, and Anviz devices are natively integrated. Other brands work via standard CSV/API import. We can also bundle new hardware with implementation.
  • Does the mobile app work offline?
    Yes. Employees can clock in/out without internet, the app caches the data and syncs when connectivity returns. Critical for field workers in remote areas.
  • How does multi-shift BPO scheduling work?
    Define shift patterns (e.g. 8AM-5PM, 10PM-7AM) with night-diff and rest-day rules. Assign employees to rotating schedules. WORKSPHR auto-applies 10% night-diff per Labor Code for hours between 10PM-6AM.
  • Can I edit a time entry manually?
    Yes, managers can edit time entries with a reason. Every edit is logged with timestamp, editor name, and reason. Full audit trail for DOLE inspection.
  • What happens if attendance doesn't sync to payroll?
    WORKSPHR has automated sync checks before every payroll cycle. If any time entry is missing or has anomalies, payroll generation pauses with an alert. No silent errors.
  • Can I generate a tardiness report for performance reviews?
    Yes, tardiness, absenteeism, and OT reports are pre-built. Filter by team, date range, or individual. Export to Excel for performance review attachments.
