  • How does WORKSPHR Match AI work?
    It reads candidate resumes, extracts skills/experience/credentials, then scores each candidate against your job requirements. Bias-aware ranking means it doesn't penalize for irrelevant factors (school, age, gender). Available on Scale+ plans.
  • Can I customize the hiring pipeline?
    Yes. Default stages: Applied → Screening → Interview → Offer → Hired. Add custom stages: Phone Screen, Technical Interview, Reference Check, etc. Different pipelines per role/department.
  • Are offer letters legally binding?
    Yes, e-signed offer letters with audit trail are legally binding under RA 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act). We use industry-standard digital signature with hashed audit trail.
  • How does the onboarding handoff work?
    When a candidate signs an offer letter, WORKSPHR auto-creates an onboarding workflow, government number collection (TIN, SSS, PHIC, HDMF), e-signature contracts, Day 1 checklist. Smooth transition from candidate to employee.
