What's the minimum number of employees to use WORKSPHR?
Minimum billing is 10 active employees per month. So Starter starts at ₱790/month, Growth at ₱1,490/month, and Pro at ₱2,190/month. There's no maximum, Pro plan customers run up to 500 employees, and Enterprise is for unlimited headcount.
Are SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR contributions included or paid extra?
All Philippine statutory automation is included on every plan, including Starter. SSS R-5, PhilHealth RF-1, Pag-IBIG MCRF, and BIR Form 1601-C / 2316 / Alphalist are all auto-computed and auto-filed. There are no statutory add-on fees, peso pricing means peso pricing.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades activate the same day. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No fees, no penalties.
Is there an implementation fee?
Standard implementation is included on all plans. Our Pampanga-based team handles employee data migration from Excel, Google Sheets, Sprout, ZipHR, or any HRIS, and stays with you through your first 2 payroll cycles. Custom workflows or complex integrations may incur a one-time fee, quoted upfront. Founding Partner customers get 50% off implementation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, monthly cancellation, no contract lock-in. We export all your data in CSV format on request, free of charge, within 7 business days. No exit fees, no questions asked.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, annual plans get 15% off the monthly rate. For 200+ employees, you also get volume discounts: 100 employees = 5% off, 250 = 10% off, 500 = 15% off. These stack with the annual discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
We bill in Philippine pesos (PHP). Payment via bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, RCBC, LandBank), GCash, Maya, or credit card (Visa/Mastercard). For Enterprise, we accept purchase orders with NET 30 terms.
